Setting protection levels

For the life of me, I cannot figure out how to get the
'custom levels'
to show their current selection of high, med and low on the
welcome
page. Can someone tell me how to do this?

I see the protection_level array in the config.php file. By
showing
custom levels in use, I assume this means the user has
settings not
equal to any of the preset levels. When I click any of the
low, med, or
high options, it seems to make the settings correctly, but
still says
custom levels are in use.

As an example, I set my level to High, but it still says I
have custom
levels in use...here are my policy settings after the
change:

maia=> select
virus_lover,spam_lover,banned_files_lover,bad_header_lover,b
ypass_virus_checks,
bypass_spam_checks,bypass_banned_checks,bypass_header_checks
,discard_viruses,
discard_spam,discard_banned_files,discard_bad_headers,
spam_modifies_subj,spam_tag_level, spam_tag2_level,
spam_kill_level from policy where policy_name = 'supportwebtent.net';
 virus_lover | spam_lover | banned_files_lover |
bad_header_lover | bypass_virus_checks | bypass_spam_checks
| bypass_banned_checks | bypass_header_checks |
discard_viruses | discard_spam | discard_banned_files |
discard_bad_headers | spam_modifies_subj | spam_tag_level |
spam_tag2_level | spam_kill_level
-------------+------------+--------------------+------------
------+---------------------+--------------------+----------
------------+----------------------+-----------------+------
--------+----------------------+---------------------+------
--------------+----------------+-----------------+----------
-------
 N | N | N | N
     | N | N | N
          | N | N | N
     | N | N | N
          | 1.000 | 5.000 |
5.000

But still the welcome page says custom settings are in use.

It means some address that is linked to that user's account
has settings
not equal to any of the preset levels, or it may mean that
multiple
addresses linked to the user's account have different
settings.

Are you sure you clicked the "Update ALL Address'
Settings" button? If
you only "Update This Address' Settings", then you
now have different
settings for this address than for others linked to the
account, and so
you have "custom levels".

If that's not it, then if you go into the individual
addresses from the
settings page, do they all have the same settings?

Well, I checked, there are two addresses and they were
different, I had
thought I checked both before. I went to the welcome page
and selected
High, now both addresses have equal settings and they appear
to be equal
to the High protection settings in config.php...

maia=>  select * from policy where policy_name =
'supportwebtent.net' or policy_name = 'supportwebtent.com';
 id | policy_name | virus_lover | spam_lover |
banned_files_lover | bad_header_lover | bypass_virus_checks

bypass_header_checks | discard_viruses | discard_spam |
discard_banned_files | discard_bad_headers |

spam_tag2_level | spam_kill_level

(2 rows)

But the welcome page still says 'custom levels in use'. If
no one else
has this issue, I must have something not setup correctly,
what else
causes this message to appear?

Thanks for the help!
