load_sa_rules.pl only scans available rules and adds them to
the maia
database for classification only. What I mean by this is
they are only
used on the spam stats page. Even if the rules aren't
loaded into the
database, they will be used by spamassassin (via
amavisd-maia).
Bottom line is if you want to remove some rules, all you
need to do is
delete/modify the .cf file. No need to remove the rule from
the database.
