mail not received by maia mailguarg system

Hi
I some how got my my login screen http://192.168.0.
246/maia/login.php

Acccordin to the mannual i had  to register as super user
(
http://www.example.com/maia/login.php?super=register)
and so i did  ,
but  the system didnt send out a mail with user name and
password ..
there are no logs generated

pl s help me out here

I don't believe a mail goes out for registering a super
user. You should
merely be entering the user name and password as wanted.
Then that user
is the super user unless a super user already exists...
