Amavisd maia child hung

Dear all,

I have maia box, and sometimes it consumpt 100% CPU usage of
my server
and this was causing by 2 or 3 amavisd maia child stalled.
Even when I
stop the amavisd service, those childs refuses to stop, and
I have to
force kill them, after that I restarted the amavisd service
and then
everything back to normal. Please give me some hints, since
I didn't see
any error logs.
