Reading user's quarantine mails questions

Hi, i want to ask you about this problem. I want to read
user's qurantine 
mails. I allowed from administrative settings the option
Allow administrator 
to read users mails option. But i can't find from where to
access to these 
emails. Can you tell me where to access these emails from?

Go to the Admin pages (follow the Key icon)
Follow the  [Users] link
fill in the username you wish to view in the "Lookup
User" box
click the Find Users button
follow the link for the particular user

You're now "inside" that user's maia holdings.
