I'm morally certain you can do this, especially if you're
using postfix, if you want to use some user table stuff.
Using this assumption - I am not a sophisticated postfix
user myself - I can highly recommend The Book of Postfix (http://www.book
pool.com/sm/1593270011), which should help you set this
up.
However, I also think it's pretty much a waste of time. Once
you've done your testing, just let folks know how it works
with a couple of explanatory emails, and let fly.
