Today Jeffrey and I worked on a problem w/ my Maia system.
For a while we had to configure postfix to bypass maia and just forward the
mail to the destination servers (removing the content_filter option from
postfix). However we found that all of the messages that were queued up prior
to our disabling the content_filter option still went through the maia filter
(amavisd), even after restarting postfix, flushing the queue, etc.
I did a little bit more looking on this, and it looks like
the following command would have disabled filtering for those previously queued
messages as well:
postsuper -r ALL
This is taken from: http://www.postfix.org/FILTER_README.html
Does anyone else have experience with this? Can you confirm
that this works, and is the correct way to perform this procedure?
Thanks in advance,
