Weird whitelist issue

Hello.
My boss got a greeting card from one of his neighbors today (americangreetings.com.) It got a negative score saying that it was on the “user’s whitelist”, although my boss has not whitelisted this address. Thanks in advance for any info.

If something is whitelisted in maia, as far as I know, it
won't have any
maia scores in the headers, it just passes right through the
filter.

I made a stupid mistake. I just realized that I have the
SARE whitelist
installed in SA which whitelists that site.

Thanks for getting back to me though, and sorry all for that
mistake.
