need some advise on how to forward email to another domain

Hi,

My company has the Maia as mail relay and spam filter. It
verifys 
receipent's email address (by using POP3 connection to our
Email server) 
before it accept the email. Our company has the domain 
like(usercompany1.com). Recently, the company bought another
company and 
they
are using Exchange 2003 with (new_company_usernewCompany2.com). I need to 
find a way to give every user in Company2.com to receive
email to them at 
new_company_usercompany1.com. In other words, any email
sending to 
new_company_usercompany1.com (my email domain) will be
forwarded to 
new_company_usernewcompany2.com (the new company). Is this
possible with 
Maia? Any how to do this? Please help because I am just
started with Linux 
and I have not enough knowledge and still learning.

Could anyone give me some suggestion with some details,
please?
