This error is due to you already having p5-Convert-UUlib

However, its an older version. The '>=' in the error
above means that you
need to install a version greater than or equal to 1.08,1. I
would make
sure your port tree is up-to-date and upgrade your
p5-Convert-UUlib port
manually. That should fix the issue.
