First, please note that digests and reminders are two
completely
different things, controlled by two different scripts
(send-quarantine-digests.pl and
send-quarantine-reminders.pl). The only
setting that affects digests is the "Email Digest
Interval", which must
be > 0 minutes.
Next, take a look at your /etc/maia.conf file and make sure
that the
$template_dir is set correctly, since the script will fail
if it can't
find the templates.
Next, make sure the send-quarantine-digests.pl script is
actually being
executed. Try running it manually from the command line (as
your
amavis/maia users, of course). If it's failing for some
reason, you
should see an error message at this point.
