I did something, how do I fix?

When I look at non-spam, I see a whole bunch '(no subject)'
lines that I can't 
get rid of ... I figure its because of manually cleaning out
maia_mail before 
moving to 8.3.0, is there a script or something that I can
run to 're-sync' 
things? :(
