In my experience, in order to create a user in the database,
all you
need to do is manually feed bayes a ham or spam message (as
that
user).

However, if you have something like:
bayes_sql_override_username amavis

Then it does not matter what user learns the first message,
so root
would work fine. The user will be created by the process of
manually
learning a message.

/spamassassin.apache.org/gtube/gtube.txt
sa-learn --spam gtube.txt

to see that it worked:
sa-learn --dump magic
