How to deal with aliases

I have maia setup and it is working great in conjunction
with a GroupWise server.  I have a few users that have
aliases, addresses like infodomain.com and
webmasterdomain.com that automatically forward to their user
accounts in the mail system.  How does Maia treat mail
incoming for these generic accounts?  Do I need to setup
maia accounts for the info and webmaster accounts?  The end
user of these accounts already have Maia accounts filtering
for them.
