Re: amavisd crashing with large emails

Further investigation reveals that the crash is occuring
during the 
generation of a bounce message.

The bounce is never delivered, and the tmp files for the
crashed chile 
remain in /var/amavis/tmp albeit twice the original email
size.

If I increase the "allowed" mail size in the Maia
gui, the message passes.

Has anyone else seen this?  Is limiting the message size
with Postfix 
(rather than amavis/maia) the only solution?
