forward quarantined banned files to admin?

Hi,

Is there a way to forward a copy of a quarantined message to
another user?

Specifically would like to be able to forward a quarantined
banned file to
an administrator to check if it should actually be
redelivered to the
original user.

I copied a theme to customize so that users don't have the
re-deliver (or
non-spam) option on Virus or Banned quarantine items
themselves. Admins use
a different theme so they can deliver for the users.

Thanks,
Mike

That would work. I don't know that I would want users doing
it on their own
though, but others may want that.

For me, I don't need any additional message to be composed
with it, just be
able to get a copy of it before releasing it to the user,
delivering to the
system defined admin account is fine.

Primarily I think it is just needed for virus and
banned-file caches, as
those are the ones that we really don't want users
determining what is OK
and what isn't. But it would helpful if an admin could get
a copy to review
it and confirm it isn't a virus and meets any acceptable use
policies.

My thought is to have a copy of the re-delivery section, but
change the
delivery address as it gets delivered. Leaving the database
alone. I could
make the change if I knew where to make it. I've changed
the viewmail_menu
and list-cache templates for our user theme so that users
don't have the
option to deliver virus or banned-files. And changed the
settings template
so that they can't change their theme.

It isn't implemented right now, but it could be done.... it
would be
like the redeliver routine but to another user.

Although, I guess it would probably be better to go to
another form
where you can compose a message with the other as an
attachment...
this would require a bit of building with MIME tools.
