Error with RBL

Hi
Can some one please point me on the right direction, I'm
getting this or 
error:

warning: 207.171.207.200.sbl.spamhaus.org: RBL lookup error:
Host or 
domain name not found. Name service error for 
name=207.171.207.200.sbl.spamhaus.org type=A: Host not
found, try again

I have tried one or two things but no luck....

You should also check that you are not in violation with the
free usage 
terms (unless you are paying for a data feed, in which case
you should 
troubleshoot your local cache) as that might result in being
cut off.
