Eugene,
This is something done in your MTA (Postfix etc), not Maia.
I would
suggest you haunt the mailing lists for your MTA. Maia (more
correctly,
amavisd-maia) will filter whatever your MTA sends through
it. It is your
MTA that is not sending outbound mail through the filtering
system. You
need to configure your MTA to send outbound mail to the
filtering system
and you will be good to go.
