The clock is ticking, you have until the process-quarantine
script
runs - if you disable it from the cron schedule you can buy
more time.
You have to get into the database and find the mail_id of
the email in
question from maia_mail table, and then find the
maia_mail_recipients
row that corresponds to it and change the type back to
"S".
Something like phpMyadmin is quite helpful in digging
through the stuff.
