Sounds like you are delivering it to the wrong outgoing mail
server. You
probably have it set to port 25 instead of 10025 in the
admin->System
Configuration page. IT should deliver to the non-filtered
side of things.
If your mail server is not on the same host as the web
server, you may have to
open up the access list for that IP.
