Hi!
I cann't figure out why the score is different. I read all information about this problem but still can't find the answer.
We have 2 servers which are running Spamassassin, ClamAV, Amavis and Maia Mailguard every day. They are similar except that the second server is connecting to the database of the first server.
All Maia scripts are running every day. AWL is off. All paths in load-sa-rules.pl are good. Database destination in amavisd.conf, local.cf and database.cfg is good.
I noticed that the score is different with emails that have rules which I added to user_prefs.
Here is the log from the second server:

Jun  8 03:15:02 mf2 amavis[25360]: (25360-01) Maia: [record_tests] SpamAssassin is using score set 3
Jun ; 8 03:15:02 mf2 amavis[25360]: (25360-01) Maia: [record_tests] Triggered SpamAssassin rule BAYES_20 (id = 597, set = 3, score = -1.951)
Jun ; 8 03:15:02 mf2 amavis[25360]: (25360-01) Maia: [record_tests] Linking SpamAssassin test 597 to mail item 321641
Jun ; 8 03:15:02 mf2 amavis[25360]: (25360-01) Maia: [record_tests] Triggered SpamAssassin rule RCVD_IN_NJABL_DUL (id = 35, set = 3, score = 4.000)
Jun  8 03:15:02 mf2 amavis[25360]: (25360-01) Maia: [record_tests] Linking SpamAssassin test 35 to mail item 321641
Jun ; 8 03:15:02 mf2 amavis[25360]: (25360-01) Maia: [record_tests] Triggered SpamAssassin rule RCVD_IN_SORBS_DUL (id = 48, set = 3, score = 4.000)
Jun  8 03:15:02 mf2 amavis[25360]: (25360-01) Maia: [record_tests] Linking SpamAssassin test 48 to mail item 321641
Jun ; 8 03:15:02 mf2 amavis[25360]: (25360-01) Maia: [record_tests] Assigning mail item 321641 a final score of 4.049
Jun ; 8 03:15:02 mf2 amavis[25360]: (25360-01) Maia: [set_mail_status] Recording mail item 321641 as PROBABLE HAM for recipient 2

If you have SpamAssassin installed on two different hosts,
you must
ensure that they're both using identical rules, otherwise
you'll see
different results. The SpamAssassin version must be the
same in each
case, and both hosts should have the exact same sets of
rules installed,
otherwise you'll see scoring discrepancies between them.
If you use
sa-update and/or RulesDuJour, make sure both hosts are
updated with as
little delay as possible between the updates. If you use
the Bayes
database feature of SpamAssassin, use the SQL-based storage
engine to
ensure that both of your hosts are accessing the same Bayes
database (as
opposed to separate Bayes databases being maintained on each
host, which
would result in different scoring). Finally, make sure that
if you have
any custom rules in your local.cf file or user_prefs (for
the
amavis/maia user), these should be copied to both hosts.
