That sounds fine. Remember also to copy the Blowfish key
from the old
server to the new one, so that you'll be able to decrypt
mail that was
encrypted on the old server.

You can't decrypt the mail contents from within phpmyadmin,
since that
tool doesn't know anything about encryption. To decrypt
the mail
contents, you need to use Maia's web interface (which uses
the Mcrypt
support built into your PHP and the Blowfish key installed
on your web
server to do the work).
