Thumnails and SVG

Hello all,

I notice that there is a thumnail image that appears on
each
submission page, put it links to the svg and not the png. if
we are
all to be encouraged to upload a thumnail should we change
that link
to always display pngs regardless if they've been uploaded
or not?

P.S. still working on the upload bug

if there is a png and an svg in the same submission, the png
needs to
be above the svg in the order of the files. the order of the
files can
be changed in the "ManageFiles" section on the RHS
of an image's
page...

Of course the real solution is to patch ccHost so we don't
need to 
upload the PNG thumbnail manually...
