Bug#433411: Relationship with #277441

I didn't notice that there is already an outstanding bug
open in the BTS
asking for this feature, but suggesting the use of
desktop-file-validate.

I'm not sure if both bugs should be merged, as the checks I
implemented are not as
broad as the ones implemented in desktop-file-validate. 

In any case, I just wanted to let the lintian maintainers
know that the
checks I implemented can be easily extended based on the
logic already
present on this tool (written in C) available in the
desktop-file-utils
package.
