recommending it?  or

looks like a

if you want the full unadulterated text with all the
details, click on  
the link that reads "Draft RIPE Document". It is
longer than a  
screenful, but it is the text and nothing but the text

PS: I would be eurocrazy the day I am happy with the EU
ruling on what  
you can take as hand luggage on airplanes. Try to find that
one, if
