tar error with mantis-1.0.6

Hi All!

I downloaded version mantis-1.0.6 and when I try to extract
it I get:

tar: A lone zero block at 13530

I have downloaded the file multiple times with the results
(same number). 
Extracting mantis-1.0.5 works correctly. I found references
in the mailing 
list archive indicating that this problem existed over a
year ago when the 
tar archive was created with an older version of taar. It
appears that it 
occurred again.
