I've confirmed that httpd, php & mysql are running ok as
per

ntisInstallation.html#Verify
I've copied /usr/share/mantis (where the rpm put it) into
various places
under /var/www
But they all just show me
403 Forbidden
You don't have permission to access
/mantis/admin/install.php on this
server.
/var/www/mantis/.htaccess does not exist, I've checked
permissions all down
the path and they all at least allow read for anyone.
Any Suggestions Please
