Hi Maphin,



You can control the access level required to view the summary using the
following configuration option.  For example, you can allow your
developers to see the summary by changing from MANAGER to DEVELOPER. 



    # threshold for viewing summary

The mantis configuration options are stored in the file
"config_defaults_inc.php". But you should not edit
this file. Instead,
you should create (if does not exist) a
"config_inc.php" file with your
changes to the default configuration.
