Re: mantis-1.0.7 instillation fails on SLES10 system

Found it!

went to /etc/php5/apache2 and edited php.ini - changed:
  memory_limit = 8M

to:
  memory_limit = 16M

Now the "Pre-instillation Check" screen comes up
