    Recently, the time required to load the login page and list the issues has increased. Also, I recently enabled file uploading to the database. The record counts are low in my estimation, about 300 issues, some with many notes. I am using Mantis 1.0.0rc5.

Is there anything I can or should do to improve the performance of mysql, mantis or something else?
