RFE: add new version shortcut in bug_report_page.php

Hi Gianluca,

I think it is a good idea and I think it is needed.  This is
also a
feature where ajax can be utilized to provide a better user
experience.

I would suggest that you report this into the bugtracker
(http://bugs.mantisbu
gtracker.com).

I created
with my accounts?

I have 2 of them: giallu and gianluca. I wish to use giallu
from now
on so gianluca should be removed and giallu upgraded to
developer ( or
whatever was the level of gianluca)
