Dear All,

I'm looking after a way to manage escalation processes within mantis. Is there
something planned in that aim currently ?

The idea will be to have an expiry date for a bugId and some sort of scheduled
action to step the state of the bug once expired (or either assign it to a
designated user).

If not I'm proposing to start coding this functionnality...

Hello All,

Did this ever get off the ground? Or is there something that exists already?

Cheers,

Ben

Hi Ben, Hi All,

Yes it did, I've posted two weeks ago a patch against
v1.0.0, and still
awaiting feedback (and also doing my ususal work ;) ), thus
I still have to
finish it, but all the basis needed are already coded into
this patch.

Should you want it, let me know.

I'm planning to work on it this week, so there will be news
concerning it very
soon.

Best regards to all

Fred.
