bug replication

Hi Matt,

Your best bet is to download the latest code of
MantisConnect and it's
sample.  There is a PHP sample that uses Mantis to export
issues from
one installation to another.  However, it doesn't sync back.
 You can
build on top of this so that it works both ways.

If you do anything interesting in this area, please
consider
contributing back.  Also don't forget to check the
MantisConnect
license.
