Trying to add GUI to configurate states by project

Hello everybody,
I'm trying to add a configure page in order to be able to configure states by project, as I need this feature. It works quite well, except that the names of the state are hardcoded in the config files, and I don't know how to define them dynamically. Is there a way to stock it in the MySQL database as for user's config ? If not, should I add this ? And finally, will you integrate my modifications if I manage to make it work ?

I joined the files I added. There's certainly some mistakes in it concerning coding guidelines or the use of some vars. If you see something wrong, tell me. I also didn't finish the coloring of rows to indicate states that are overrided.

Thanks,
Colin

I reply to myself just to say that maybe we could modify the get_enum_element (core/helper_api.php) function to return the string that is in the config var if it doesn't find one in the lang var. It could even be optional (an extra argument) so that it would work well the user defined stuff, without breaking the num feature when a constant isn't defined in language files. What do you think ?
