That is my recollection of the consensus of meeting -- that
initial list
of Well Known Projects (WKPs) should be able to get ramped
up as soon as
is practical.
That said, I think it would be grea to get a few projects
(e.g.
MapBender) to volunteer to be the first ones through the
"real"
incubator gantlet the board sets up.
