MediaWIKI with HIP?

Hi all,

i wonder why media wiki do not use (HIP)Human Interactive
Proofs for people
who post anonymously, this could reduce the number of
vandalism's quite a
bit.

Is there any implementation of HIP with mediawiki?

I suppose by HIP you mean captchas?
There are extensions for this; take a look at 
http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/ConfirmEdit_extension.
