Template to list 10 most recent created pages

I have searched google and mediawiki and had no success in
finding
information on creating a template that would list the 10
most recent
created pages. Any one know of a tutorial or info on how to
do this?

Install the NewestPages extension
(h
ttp://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension:NewestPages) and
then create
a template that contains {{Special:Newestpages/-/10}}.
