building mcgp on cygwin

I am trying to get mgcp build on cygwin.
I keep getting an error relaing to Vexception.
I have tried the following, but still can't
get it to build.

Any thoughts?

add in Vexception.hxx
	Vexception::~Vexception throw () {}
