SFD Bump In at Town Hall Update

Hi all ye SFD Bazaar folks,

Please find the bump in schedule for SFD Bazaar at the town
hall. I hope
everyone will be happy with this. 

Thanks to all those folks who provided me with this info.
 I
still
need to hear from LA, Melb Wireless and OSV/OSIA folks
(cars, reg #,
driver). 

We hope to have a couple of people to help unload to ensure
bump in runs
smoothly and quickly. If you are interested in helping out
with this
please let me know. 

I also have another bump in document that includes all the
details
requested by MCC. If you'd like a copy, give me a hoy. Here
is a

P=Proposed. People can probably leave when they want,
especially if not
needing to use loading area facilities. Some folks might
want to leave
early, I'm sure that will be okay. 

I suggest that OSV/OSIA members coordinate together so that
only one
person ends up driving equipment in. Ditto for LUV/LA.
Jacinta/Paul have
been doing a great job coordinating for OSDC/Perl/etc. 

Groups who need to catch up before going in (car pooling)
could also
meet at Computerbank if this would help. Computerbank is
pretty close to
the North Melbourne train station and would save you $$ on
city parking
costs. If anyone is interested in doing this, let me know
and we can
organise something.

If you think you might have trouble walking stuff in and I
haven't
slotted you on the bump in schedule, get in touch with me. I
can make
arrangements for you to drop stuff off at Computerbank and
we can ferry
it in (so you'd need to be dropping it off really early or
on Friday
night).

PS: Look out for an update on display arrangements and
testing and
tagging tomorrow (er, later today even). The floor plan
won't be
finalised until Monday (one more visit to the town hall).
