Hello,
I was able to change the comment settings in the admin
section. The
setting works for articles created in the admin backend. It
does not
work for articles posted through the xmlrpc backend via
MarsEdit.
Those articles default to "never expire" in the
article setting upon
creation even though the comments "are not
allowed" on the site level.
I have attached the production log file.
