Upgrade from 0.6 to 0.7.2 - issues

Hi All,

First time poster here.

I have managed to setup Mephisto 0.6 on Textdrive Shared
Hosting.

I now wish to upgrade it to 0.7.2 to take advantage of
xmlrpc. Anyways
here are the issues I am having:

1. I have downloaded from svn

2. Set up the relevant info in environment.rb, database.yml
as well as
changed the ruby shebang line in dispatch.fcgi (as per the
textdrive
instructions to setup typo)

3. Run rake db:migrate ( I think it has run successfully,
schema_info
in the DB matches the correct version in schema_info.rb)

So I am fairly sure that I have done all the correct steps,
however
when I go the site

http://www.webherder.com

you can see what I see, which says "false".

My thinking is that I am not sparking ruby up or have missed
something
really obvious.

Anyways I am hoping that someone from this group will have
had the same
issues and be able to shed some light.
