I've been struggling to get NewsFire to read my overview
feed.
Through some debugging it looks like Apache wasn't seeing
the
Authorization headers.
harumph!
Solution:
When using Fastcgi, "-pass-header Authorization"
is required in the
FastCgiServer directive to permit fastcgi to see these
headers -
turned off by default in Apache 2.
[which is why on a previous problem experienced by this
nuuby, Rick
was confused why Authentication wasn't in the get_auth_data
dump.]
