Paging Sections

What do I need to add to my templates to add some paging to
a
section.  For example I have the Home section set to display
5
articles.  I would like to add some pagination links at the
bottom of
the page like so.

Older Posts: 1, 2, 3,..., Last

Pagination is not encouraged because articles that show up
on page 2
today might be on page 3 tomorrow etc. and there are few
things more
frustrating than clicking a link found via a search engine
and the
content you were expecting not being there.

That being said, there is a plugin to provide the
functionality you
want:
