PLUGIN: Defensio spam filtering for comments

Hi,

As an early Christmas present I'm pleased to announce that
we've just
made our Defensio plugin for Mephisto available.

For this first release we're kind of piggy-backing on the
Akismet code
that's in the core and making use of Rick's Viking code. Our
future
plans include extracting the Akismet filtering from core so
that we
have a general purpose anti-spam plugin (and can then
support any
future anti-spam services that may become available) and
adding snazzy
features like statistics.
