MeshCMS 3.0.3: module arguments or advanced parameter not saved

There is nothing in any of the log files. I wiped out the
logs and
restarted the server and tried it.

My dev config:
- WinXP SP2
- JRE1.6 build 1.6.0-b105
- Apache Tomcat/5.5.20

Are there any debugging/tracing parameters I can set to get
a clue about
the problem?

It was very easy to replicate your configuration and
everything works
fine with both the Windows native charset and UTF-8. Could
you check if
those values are saved in the HTML files? Like in:

<html
meshcmsmodules="m_loc=bottom,m_tpl=include_as_text,m_ar
g=/index.html"
meshcmsmail="lucianovirgilio.it">
...

Just to understand if the issue happens when saving or when
building the
page to view/edit it.

Luciano
