Help with theme issue

Hey folks,

I have added a context entry to tomcats server.xml to make the path to my cms application the root website. Now that I have done that I am noticing that I have a relative path problem. Admin level things such as the global style sheet and the admin theme in the control panel are not showing up correctly. My calendar now has a path problem and can not display it's events. Anyone that could shed some light would be appreciated.
