Thread: Static export: ignore cms:adminmenu tag

Static export: ignore cms:adminmenu tag
user name

Hello Luciano,

I did static export, and I noticed that link
"Login" produced by following tag

<cms:adminmenu/>

tag, also got into the static pages.

IMHO, the static pages would never need such a link, so why
should it
be exported?

Hi,

MeshCMS exports everything as it is. You can customize that
tag to show
nothing when the user has not logged in (of course that will
apply to
the live site too).

How can I customize the tag to show nothing?

Can "Export site" function disable the tag's
showup during the site export?

Yes, I committed that change to SVN.

Any hints, when the next version will be released?

Or should I take the SVN version?

I've just updated the changelog:
ht
tp://www.cromoteca.com/en/meshcms/changelog.html

Although the latest version has been released four months
ago, there
are very few changes. I don't know if this is enough to make
a new
release, even if I don't like to have new stuff that is not
published.

All future releases of version 3 will be maintainance ones.
I'm
devoting some time to understand what to do with a new
version (4.0),
but I won't start coding it before having a clear and
reasonable plan.
