Try changing the URL in the "URL to get the home
page" field to
http://10.0.x.x:8080/

That's why that field is there.

That would not work either, as I have virtual hosts in
tomcat and the
virtual hosting depends on proper hostname in URL.

I ended up playing with DNS to trick tomcat to think that
the URL
resolves to 10.0.x.x IP number.
