I think this probably ties in with the transit discussion as
well. It
is possible to put the location in an hCalendar via a geo or
adr. Then
there would be an event for all of the stations on a
train's route.
Linking these hCalendars together to give the
"line" which can be
imported into iCal, or drawn as a polyline on a Map.

This is already possible with categories in hCalendar. And
I suspect
most of the rest of this discussion is already possible with
existing
microformats, so if something additional is needed, we
should
identify what specifically it is first by exploring the
potential of
existing microformats. This all seems very speculative so
far, and I
think it would be helpful to ground it in some current
real-world
examples.

Which URLs are currently having these problems?
Which microformats have been implemented to try to solve
them?
Where specifically do those microformats fall short?

Peace,
Scott
