Actually, no, not much has changed. rel-enclosure doesn't
have a lot
of publishers or implementations. Without the experience of
that
work, it's hard to have confidence in it as a stable format.
The same goes for the other formats you list. The only one
we could
probably say is stable is rel-tag, since it has quite a few
publishers and consumers.
